The project maps the\u00a0trade of the Swiss publishing house, Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Typographique de Neuch\u00e2tel (STN).<\/p>\n<p>The French translator of Macintosh\u2019s book,\u00a0Jacques-Pierre Brissot (1754\u20131793), had a close working relationship with STN and the project\u2019s database contains information related to the sale of a number of Brissot\u2019s books, including his\u00a0<em>Voyages en Europe, en Asie et en Afrique<\/em> (1786).<\/p>\n<p>The database shows a number of booksellers to whom copies of <em>Voyages<\/em>\u00a0was dispatched and gives an important indication of its geographical circulation. All valuable grist to the mill!
